Questions

The things operators ask first.

What it is, what it looks at, who it's for, and what it costs.

Is this a staffing analysis?

In plain terms, yes — it's a structured read of your staff and how your company runs. It's not a headcount-forecasting or skills-gap study; it won't tell you how many people to hire. It answers what actually keeps you up at night — are you short people where the load is heaviest, do your tools fit the stage you're at, is the work documented or living in a few people's heads, and who really owns and decides what. The verdict: whether what you've built holds through the next 2×, and the five moves to get there.

What does it actually look at?

Three layers. People: staffing levels and key-person risk. Structure: spans, ownership, and who decides. Systems: your tools and whether the work is documented. Together they tell you if you're scale-ready.

Do you tell me who to fire?

No. The audit works at the level of roles and structure, never named people. You make the people decisions — with a much clearer picture of what each seat requires.

We're an established or larger organization, not a startup. Does this apply?

Yes. The problems it reads — overload, key-person risk, unclear ownership, the wrong tools, undocumented process — show up in any organization. For bigger orgs, multiple teams, or a procurement process, we run it as a custom engagement.

Do you work with government or regulated organizations?

Yes. The standard audit is self-serve for teams of about 20–100; larger or procurement-based engagements run on a custom scope — tell us about your organization and we'll size it.

When should I hire a COO?

When the constraint is execution capacity, not strategy — and when there's a real structure for that person to step into. Diagnose the structure first; a COO dropped onto a broken one usually fails.

What does it cost, and how long?

$3,500, fixed scope, delivered in five business days. That covers key staff interviews and the full people / structure / systems read — one fee, no retainer.

Five days from now, you'll know exactly what to change.

Stop being the bottleneck. Get the read, get the five moves, and get back to building.
