The Founder Read is a $99, twenty-minute check of your whole company, as you see it. It looks at People, Structure, and Systems together. Then it gives you one plan, not three. It ends with Situation, Action, Outcome: what's true, what to do, what you get. Plus how-to guides for your team.
Part 1 · Structure

Where decisions go and where they stop.

  • What comes to you that shouldn't
  • Who owns what. Jobs with two owners, or none.
  • What stops when you're gone
Part 2 · People

The right people in the right jobs.

  • Who's overloaded, fine, or underused
  • The role that would leave a hole
  • What to automate before you hire
Part 3 · Systems

What runs without you.

  • Tools only one person knows
  • How-tos that live in someone's head
  • Work typed twice

The bottom line → whether you're ready to grow, and the moves to get there, in order.

What you answer

About 26 questions. Here are four.

Answer from last week. You can save and come back. Thinking about a hire in the next 90 days? There are a few extra questions. If not, skip them.

  1. 01
    Structure

What decisions came to you last week that someone else could have made?

One per line. "Approve a $300 purchase." "Pick the paint color."

  2. 02
    People

List your team, one job per line. Is each one overloaded, fine, or underused?

One per line: "Office manager: overloaded."

  3. 03
    People

Which job could you not fill in 30 days if the person left? What do they know that nobody else does?

  4. 04
    Systems

Which tasks live only in someone's head? Whose?

One per line: "Closing out a job: ops lead."

What you get

One score. One 90-day plan.

  • Your score for all three parts

A color and a score for People, Structure, and Systems. Plus a straight answer: ready to grow, yes or not yet.

  • One plan, not three

Seven to ten moves in one list, most important first. Each one is marked People, Structure, or Systems.

  • Your 90 days, in order

Days 1 to 30, 31 to 60, and 61 to 90. What to do first, next, and after.

  • Someone in charge of every line

You, a role on your team, a computer, or nobody, because you should stop doing it.

  • Situation, Action, Outcome

It ends with what's true, what to do, and what you get. And a list of things you get to stop doing.

  • How-to guides for your team

Every move that repeats comes out as a short how-to. Download them. Drop them into Flowformance.

Questions

About the Founder Read.

How long does it take?

About twenty minutes. Your answers save as you go, so you can come back. Your report is ready about three minutes after you pay.

Do I need all three parts?

If one part clearly hurts most, a $49 quick check is enough. Not sure? Or is it all mixed up together? The Founder Read looks at all three and puts them in one plan.

Does a person read my answers?

Only if you buy With Ben. Everything else is read by a system I built from the way I read companies. Your answers are stored encrypted. They are never used to train anything.

Can I upgrade?

Yes. Every report has an upgrade button. Your $99 comes off the Staff Analysis, which adds up to 25 of your people.

Do you tell me who to fire?

No. The audit works at the level of roles and structure, never named people. You make the people decisions, with a much clearer picture of what each seat requires.

Smaller or bigger

Just one part? Or the whole team?

Twenty minutes from now, you'll have one plan.

All three parts. One score. One 90-day plan, in order.
